Regeneration Work Update
Phase one works, including the building of the new convenience store, is now complete, and the store will open at 6am on Friday 23rd October 2009. This is an important landmark which will offer a wider range of goods and services to the local community. Eighteen properties will be handed over and ready for residents to move in, in November 2009. Works will continue around the remaining residential properties and others will be completed in January 2010. Phase two works will get under way with the demolition of the remaining shops and flats of the old Braydon Court in November 2009. This will make way for the building of the two remaining shops and other residential units. We anticipate these will be completed in the summer of 2010.
