What Service You Can Expect From Us
We will deal promptly, efficiently and courteously with the calls that are made to our department.
Our department's target response times for letters, fax, e-mails, personal callers and telephone calls are:
- 95% responded to within five working days
- 75% responded to within one working day
We will undertake our work efficiently and effectively, and take enforcement action in accordance with our enforcement policy, so that our actions can be seen to be fair.
