Licence Details
Anyone who wishes to breed and sell puppies in Swindon must be licensed by Swindon Borough Council if they breed and sell more than four litters per year.
Restrictions
No breeding bitch can be allowed to produce more than one litter per year, and there are restrictions on the ownership of the animals and where they are kept.
