Swindon Music Service provides a wide variety of musical activities and services for schools and students.

If you wish to join a group we offer bands and orchestras from Rock to Jazz, beginner to advanced, kinder to adult.

If you’d like to learn to play an instrument we can help and advise on where to find tuition as well as providing a wide variety of instruments for hire.

We provide curriculum advice and resources for all schools; as well as running festivals in which all schools are invited to take part.

Swindon Music Service is jointly supported by Swindon Borough Council and the Department for Education and Employment. As part of Swindon’s Lifelong Learning programme, the service works in partnership with Swindon Music Co-operative who provide instrumental tuition.
